At Amblora, we want you to shop with complete confidence. Every product is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
Some products may be covered by an extended guarantee period. Where a longer guarantee is offered for a specific product, it will be clearly stated on that product's page, and that longer period will apply in place of the standard 30 days.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
• Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date (or within the extended period stated on the product page, where applicable).
• Requests made after the applicable guarantee period has passed cannot be approved.
• The item should be returned in a condition that reasonably reflects the reason for your request.
Free & Easy Returns
Returns are on us. Once your refund request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label or simple return instructions at no cost to you. You will never pay return shipping to use your guarantee.
How to Request a Refund
1. Email contact@amblora.com within the guarantee period and let us know which item you would like to return. Please include your full name and order number so we can process your request quickly.
2. Our support team will reply within 24-48 hours with your prepaid return label or return instructions.
3. Once your return is on its way (or, for certain items, once your request is approved), we will process your refund.
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After approval, refunds are typically processed within 15 business days, though we cannot guarantee this timeframe. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to an additional 10 business days for the credit to appear.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@amblora.com. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. We may ask for a photo of the item for verification.
Fair Use of This Policy
To keep this guarantee sustainable for everyone, we reserve the right to decline requests from any customer showing a pattern of repetitive refunds, which we define as requesting more than two refunds within a 12-month period.
