At Amblora, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly and reliably as possible.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours (1-3 business days) after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, promotions, and holidays, processing times may take up to 5 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to deliver to your location at this time.
Shipping and Delivery Timeframes
Once an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is 7 to 12 business days after shipment, depending on your destination and local carrier conditions.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak shipping periods.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Any applicable shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and the order you place. Free shipping is included on select multi-bottle bundles, which will be shown at checkout when it applies.
Shipping Notifications and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timelines shown on our product pages, delays may occasionally occur. Amblora is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional processing time and shipping fees.
